Pam Rowlands is the Greyhound's Landlady and Licensee since May 1998. She is currently the owner of 2 rescue dogs, named Teddy ( a Greyhound ) and Sandy ( sheltie cross )
Anna was Pam's assistant until October 2003, when she took maternity leave for the birth of her second child, Chloe. She made a welcome return in May 2004.
	Neil Adams is the current man in Pam's life. Unlike his Australian predecessor, he is a very likeable and helpful chap. Formerly a schoolteacher, he gave that up in late 2006 to devote his energies full-time to the Greyhound.
Jane is the latest incumbent in the kitchen. She is rather shy, but an excellent cook with an equally charming personality once she gets to know you.
	"Turkish" Sue. She isn't actually Turkish, but got her nickname from studying Turkish at Night school with Pam the Landlady.
Hannah is a weekend girl. Working Friday and Saturday nights and Sunday lunchtime, she is a very able and friendly worker who will remember the drink you last had when you come to re-order
	Alex, AKA "Cassandra" has been working at the Greyhound for the last couple of years. She is renowned for her jewellery, and in specific having more rings than digits! Recently you may have seen Alex sporting bright pink hair, for which she was been sponsored by customers and staff, with all proceeds going to the "Need Herceptin Now" campaign, a cause dear to her heart as her own mother is one of the growing number of people desperate for this drug to be made available on the NHS.
George has many aliases amongst which are "Santa" , "the canny Scot", and the "lesser spotted Barman". A very charitable man, George is not a fulltime employee but helps out whenever is required.

	Lisa has been working at the Greyhound for the last few years, but is currently only on standby duties. Renowned for having follicle attributes!
Daniel (affectionately known as Dan) has been working at the Greyhound for a while now as a glass collector when the pub gets really busy, now that he is legal age he has progressed to bar work in which capacity he will be delighted to serve you. Currently studying at Sixth-form college.
	Lauren is currently waiting-on on Sunday lunchtimes. A very personable and extremely efficient young lady, she has a closer connection to the Greyhound than anyone else as she is actually Pam's niece!
Helen is a fairly recent addition to the bar staff, so no details about her (as yet). She mainly works evenings, so if you are served by a blonde bombshell you will know who it is.
