Do you have a special occasion coming up? Want somewhere to hold a celebration? Why not hold it at the Greyhound. Talk to the licensee Pam Rowlands, the manager about hiring the bar for the evening. Private functions can be held on virtually any night of the week, especially Saturday.

 Parties of up to 80 people can be comfortably accomodated, and there is NO CHARGE for the hire of the room. A buffet can be provided if required (see the Buffet Menu for details).

A licence extension to midnight can be arranged at a cost of £10 if required.

 Whatever the occasion, from the sombre post-funeral reception, to a birthday party or even a wedding reception, the Greyhound can cater for your needs, even at very short notice, if the room is not already booked.

If music is required, the Greyhound is fully licensed for music and dancing, and can provide a disco if required from our resident Nostalgic Nights Disco, covering popular music from the 1950's to current chart hits.

The disco will cost £125 on a Saturday night, or £150 if an extension to midnight has been arranged. Prices are slightly less for other nights.
